Every order references a versioned formula snapshot. When a chemistry updates, a new version supersedes the prior one, so a later reorder can be reconciled against the exact formula it was based on.

Texas-registered. American-accountable. PSF-manufactured.
Texas Coating Solutions, LLC is headquartered in Boerne (Texas Hill Country) and operates as the only authorized United States distributor of PSF powder-coat finishes. Colors are backed by system performance data developed around recognized test methods, with technical documentation available for applicable coating systems.
The model is straightforward: TCS manages the U.S. operations—the catalog, product documentation, pricing, lead-time commitments, and the Boerne office and warehouse where U.S. customers pick up by appointment—and PSF runs the production and finishing operations at their facility in Mexico. What you see on a TCS spec sheet traces directly back through that partnership, keeping accountability clear.
We built the TCS technical library so a buyer, a specifier, and an AHJ reviewer can all reach the same conclusion from the same number. No proprietary look-up chains. No hidden PDFs. One traceable record from formula to finished panel.
